SYNC360 DATA PRIVACY POLICY

This Data Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how SE Telecommunication (“SE Telecommunication,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal and business data processed through the Sync360 platform (“Sync360” or “Platform”).
By accessing or using Sync360, you agree to the collection and use of your data in accordance with this Policy.
1. SCOPE OF THIS POLICY
This Policy applies to all users of Sync360, including resellers, administrators, and authorized users managing billing, services, and order provisioning of white-label UCaaS platforms.
2. RESTRICTIONS
We collect and process the following types of information:
a. Account Information
• User account credentials (usernames, email addresses, etc.)
b. Usage Data
• Logs of activity performed within the platform (e.g., provisioning actions, user management)
• IP addresses, login timestamps, and session metadata
c. Customer Data
End-customer details submitted via Sync360, including service orders, contact info, and related provisioning data.
d. Support Interactions
Communications with our support team, including chat logs, emails, or phone recordings (as applicable)
3. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY
You retain ownership of all data you input or generate through your use of the Software. By using the Software, you grant Licensor a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such data for the purpose of providing and improving the Software. Licensor will implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data.
• Encryption of data in transit and at rest
• Role-based access controls
• Redundant backup and disaster recovery systems
• Security monitoring and threat detection
4. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use your data solely for the purposes of:
• Delivering and operating the Sync360 platform
• Managing your account and user access
• Processing billing and service provisioning tasks
• Providing customer support and responding to inquiries
• Monitoring platform performance and usage patterns
• Improving and enhancing platform functionality
5. DATA SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
This Agreement will remain in effect until terminated. Licensor may terminate this Agreement (i) for cause, if you breach any term of this Agreement, or (ii) for convenience, with thirty (30) days’ prior written notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy any copies in your possession.
6. DATA RETENTION
We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide services under your agreement with us, or to comply with legal, regulatory, or contractual obligations. Upon termination of your account, we will securely delete or anonymize your data within [e.g., 90 days], unless retention is legally required.
7. YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR in the EU, CCPA in California), you may have rights including:
• Accessing your data
• Correcting inaccurate information
• Requesting deletion of your data
• Objecting to processing under specific circumstances
• Receiving a copy of your data (data portability)

8. DATA TRANSFERS
If Sync360 is accessed from outside the country where SE Telecommunication’s data centers are located, your data may be transferred internationally. We implement safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) where required to protect cross-border data transfers.
9. COOKIES AND TRACKING
Sync360 uses session-based cookies and tracking technologies strictly for authentication, security, and performance monitoring. We do not use third-party advertising or behavioral profiling cookies within the platform.
10. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Sync360 is intended for business use only and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date and notify users of significant changes through the platform or via email.
